Are your bags real/legit/authentic?

Absolutely! 

- All our products come with tags except for those clearly marked as pre-loved.

- We've had our own website since 2017 & have been selling as Gaby's Bags in online marketplaces since 2003. Merchants that sell fake stuff disappear quickly

- We have the standard 30-day returns policy

How much does shipping Cost?

Please add your item to your cart and at least input your zip code and country to see the cost of shipping based on delivery provider and shipping speed that's automatically calculated by our third-party partners. 

We offer Free Shipping within the United States via the USPS Priorty Shipping within  shipping for orders over $150 using our free shipping coupon codes such as FSHIPUS.   

 

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, but our Free Shipping Coupons are only applicable with US ground shipping and via USPS Priority Shipping. 

Please note that all international orders must pass Customs, and this process can delay delivery. International orders may be subject to taxes and duties owed upon delivery based on policies of the country of destination.

As much as possible, we keep this list edited to countries where we don't have extraordinary issues in shipping.  We only use international shipping via Air Cargo wherein the actual shipping period occurs within 7 days or less. Again, please consider time involved with customs processing. We provide tracking details upon transfer with our shipping partners so you can monitor accordingly.     

Are the bag sizes standard?

They ARE NOT. Our bag names follow the tags and are relative ONLY to the sizes in its own product line in that season. Gaby is in the pictures and she's petite at 5'1" and 110 lbs.

PLEASE pay attention to the bag measurements in the product description.
We'd love to avoid our most common return complaint that bags are too big or too small.
