SHIPPING
All order are shipped same day if ordered by 1:00pm EST. However, instances may occur where your order is flagged by our loss prevention team for further review. In order to continue processing your order, you may be requested to provide supporting documentation to prove you are the payment method's primary or authorized user.
Once an order is processed and shipped you will normally receive your item in a few business days via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, unless a different shipping method was selected during checkout.

CANCELLATIONS
If you would like cancel your order, then please contact us immediately at service@gabysbags.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request and we do not guarantee that the cancellation will be processed. Please be advised that our fulfillment team processes orders as they come in and most cancellation requests are not successful for this reason.

HOLIDAY RETURNS
For NEW items: We offer a 60 day return window. If 60 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
For Pre-Loved items: We offer a 7 day return window. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
This Holiday Returns Policy lasts for the Holiday Shopping season and will revert back to our usual 30 days on January 1, 2025. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging. If your return is handed to a shipping carrier after the return window has expired, then your order no longer qualifies for a return, so please ship the return before the return window has expired.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included with the return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted (if applicable and on a case-by-case basis):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Orders where a free shipping promotion was not applied (Please be advised original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable)

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@gabysbags.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@gabysbags.com. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are offered on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If we provided you with a pre-paid label or the item has been returned to sender using our shipping account, then the cost of the return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

AFTERPAY ORDERS
All AfterPay cancellations and/or returns will be assessed a 6% cancellation/restocking fee if store credit is not specifically requested in writing when returning the item. If you would prefer a store credit, then you must follow the below (2) instructions precisely:
1. Write a letter containing your full name, shipping address, order number, reason for return, and email address that must match the order (this is the email address that will receive the gift card). You must remind us in this letter that this order was paid with AfterPay and you would like a store credit in lieu of applying the 6% fee.
2. Place the letter and the item you would like to return inside of the box and mail the return to us. (Please see RETURNS above for instructions to request a return.)
Please be advised
We cannot be held responsible if the above instructions are not followed and a refund is issued minus the 6% fee. Once the refund is issued there is unfortunately nothing we can do to reverse it.
