1. Common Issue: Orders canceled due to billing or shipping address info
Our online store combats fraudulent orders by automatically matching your shipping address with the address associated with your payment details.
To avoid any issues, especially for our US customers, please make sure your billing address and the address associated with your payment source is updated. Both should at least reside in the same state.
Use of Shipping Services like comGateway.com for Asian Countries:
Customers from Asia Pacific countries can use the BuyForMe services of shipping forwarders like comGateway.com to save on shipping. Thru BuyForMe services, their payment information will match the shipping address at their warehouse and they can arrange shipping with your orders to your address.
2. How fast is our shipping?
All orders are turned over to our shipping partners within 24 hours. Normally, US orders are received within 2-5 working days. And orders outside the US are received within 3-7 working days.
However, due to COVID-19, some areas may expect some delays. Especially for orders outside the US, where some countries have quarantine restrictions to international shipments.

3. How does Holiday Returns work?
To ensure worry-free holiday shopping, we've extended our returns window to 60 days (from 30 days originally) from the date of purchase.
