How to use your Shipping Tracking Code

Under normal circumstances*, you will get a Shipping Confirmation email a day after you placed your order.  This will contain a tracking number from either USPS, UPS or FedEx.  

*Normal circumstances, meaning there were no delays due to your payment or shipping information.  So please be careful when entering your shipping address. 

Our shipping partners, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, offer user-friendly order tracking tools similar to the one depicted in this screenshot.

We suggest that you sign up to "Get Updates" to receive real-time information on your order's progress and estimated delivery time.  It's best to be at your shipping address upon the estimated time of delivery to avoid issues.  

Ideally, there's a designated mailbox that can fit your deliveries or staff at your building lobby that can receive the order for you.   However, there are times when a delivery is left openly at someone's porch and could potentially be subject to theft.

In such cases, the shipping partner may mark your order as delivered without you actually receiving it. If this occurs, please "File a Claim" with our shipping partner and notify us via email at service@gabysbags.com. We'll assist you in tracking the progress of your shipping claim.

We strongly advise against altering delivery details. While possible, as shown in this screenshot, making changes is often too late and may cause further delays or complications.
