Returns & cancellations
A note before you mail a return.
Afterpay returns and cancellations can have additional conditions because the payment plan is managed by Afterpay. Afterpay returns and cancellations are assessed a 6% cancellation/restocking fee unless store credit is specifically requested in writing with the return.
If you are returning an Afterpay order and prefer store credit, include a written note with your full name, shipping address, order number, reason for return, and order email address. The note must say that the order was paid with Afterpay and that you are requesting store credit instead of a refund minus the 6% fee.
Once an Afterpay refund is issued minus the 6% fee, we cannot reverse it, so please review our return instructions before mailing an item back.
