Why was my order canceled?

Orders can be canceled when billing and shipping details do not match the payment source or when our loss-prevention checks need more verification. For the smoothest checkout, make sure your billing address and payment address are current.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders are typically handed to our shipping partners within 24 hours after they clear review. Most U.S. orders arrive within a few business days, depending on carrier speed and destination.

How do returns work?

Pre-loved items have a 7-day return window. New items generally have a 30-day return window. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition received, with tags and included packaging or documentation. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Are pre-loved luxury bags authentic?

Yes. Eligible pre-loved luxury pieces are selected carefully and authenticated by Gaby's Bags using Entrupy technology when applicable. Product photos and notes show the exact piece and its condition.

Are Michael Kors, Coach, Kate Spade, and Tory Burch items Entrupy-certified?

New and new-with-tags contemporary archive items from these brands are sourced directly from the brands and reviewed by Gaby's Bags. They are not described as Entrupy-certified unless a product page specifically says so.

How should I judge bag size?

Designer size names are not standardized. Compare the product page measurements to a bag you already own, especially width, height, depth, and strap drop.

How does Afterpay work?

When available at checkout, Afterpay lets eligible buyers split payment into installments. Approval, payment schedule, account details, and installment management are handled by Afterpay. Afterpay returns and cancellations have additional conditions, including a 6% fee unless store credit is requested in writing with the return.

How do I request a return?

Email service@gabysbags.com before mailing a return so we can provide the return address and instructions. Include proof of purchase inside the package.
